In every weekend my mother prepares this chat for all of our family members. Everyone eat this recipe and enjoy the taste. First we can prepare the deep fried vadas and put them on beaten thick yogurt or dahi . For the flavor my mom soaks the vadas on yogurt for at least one hour before serving.
