Fried rice how to make Chinese Vegetable Fried Rice recipe. Chinese prepare a dish with steamed rice, Egg different vegetables also prefer to add meat. The steamed rice will be stir fried in a wok or non stick pan. It is called as fried rice. Fried rice is a popular fast food not only in china and also in other countries. In different places people use different ingredients and invented their own varieties. In the preparation of American Chinese fried rice people use scallions, chopped vegetables, eggs, and soy sauce for the flavor. If the customer’s prefer to add meat they will prepare the fried rice while adding the chopped meat. In the preparation of fried rice we can use steamed rice and it is stir fried in a wok with oil, vegetables, egg, ginger, garlic, onions and soy sauce for the flavor. The fried rice can garnishes with popular ingredients like springs of parsley, fried shallots, sliced chilli and coriander on top of the fried rice.

Fried rice Ingredients

  1. Onions – 2 small
  2. Green chillies – 2
  3. Carrot – 1 large
  4. Cabbage – small piece
  5. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  6. Spring onions – 2 large
  7. French beans – few
  8. Black pepper powder – 1 tbsp
  9. Oil -2 tbsp
  10. Soy sauce -2 tbsp
  11. Steamed rice -2 cups
  12. Salt to taste

Chinese Vegetable Fried Rice recipe Preparation 

Step 1

Wash the whole vegetables (onions, carrots, chillies, French beans, spring onions and cabbage) with water. And cut them into very thin slices. 


Step 2


In a wok or non stick pan heat the oil on low flame add sliced onions, chillies and ginger garlic paste. And fry them for 2 minutes. Add chopped carrots, cabbage, spring onions and French beans stir fry them for 3 minutes. Whenever the veggies become slightly crispy but not soft add black pepper powder, soy sauce and salt. Add the prepared steamed rice and mix the content well. Cook the content for 2 minutes and turn off the heat. Dish out the fried rice into a serving plate and garnish with spring onions on the top of the fried rice.
