- Boneless chicken – 500 grams
- Yogurt -1/2 cup
- Rice flour – 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Oil – 10 tbsp
- Salt to taste

- Garlic – 4 cloves

Chicken 65 recipe Preparation
Step 1
For the preparation of masala grind the whole ginger, garlic cloves and coriander seeds and dried red chillies to make a fine mixture. Now add yogurt, salt, lemon, lemon juice, oil, rice flour to the prepared masala mixture.

Take the fresh and boneless chicken wash with water. And mix the masala content to the chicken and marinate it for one hour in a refrigerator.

Take a non stick pan and heat the oil. Add the marinade chicken to the boiled oil and stir fry them on low flame till they are crispy and soft. Serve the chicken with lemon and onions.
