Mint Lassi Yogurt Mint Smoothie Recipe Ingredients
- Curd or yogurt – 1 cup
- Mint leaves – ½ cup
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Ice cubes – 1 cup
- Roasted cumin powder – 1 tbsp water – ½ cup
Preparation
In a blender put the mint leaves and blend it till smoothly and paste. Now add curd, sugar, ice, and lemon juice and cumin powder. Blend the content well. If you prefer to add water then put some water to the content and blend it. Take the prepared mint lassi in a long juice glass immediately have it and enjoy.
