- Chopped cucumber – ½ cup
- Chopped cabbage – ¼ cup
- Boiled and mixed sprouts – 1cup
- Grated carrot - ¼ cup
- Chopped tomatoes – 2 tbsp
- Black pepper power – 1 tbsp
- Sugar -1tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1tbsp
- Chopped coriander – 2tbsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Take a bowl and put all the chopped vegetables, sugar, lemon juice, pepper powder, salt, and sprouts and chopped coriander. Mix the content gently and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
