Chicken Lollipops recipe how to make at home step by step
Chicken lollipops are one of the famous Indian chicken recipes. For the chicken lollipops we can use the chicken leg. And cut the chicken leg with meat and make a lollipops shape. The chicken lollipops are marinated in spices including with turmeric powder and red chilli powder. The lollipops are marinated for minimum 4 hours. And then deep fries in oil. And the edges or ends of the lollipops are wrapped with aluminum foil. Whole spices give extra flavor to the lollipops.- Chicken wings – 10 cut them in to lollipops
- Soy sauce – 3 tbsp
- Curd – 1 cup
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Oil - for deep frying
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- All purpose flour – 1 tbsp
- Corn flour – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Egg – 1
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Chicken Lollipops recipe Preparation
Take a bowl and put the soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, Maida or all purpose flour, corn flour, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, curd, egg, lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix the whole content and prepare the marinade mixture. Now dip all the chicken lollipops on the marinade content and apply the mixture to the lollipops. Marinade the lollipops for minimum 6 hours in refrigerator. And heat the oil in a deep fryer now put the lollipops one by one on the hot oil. Put the flame on low and cook the lollipops slowly till golden brown color. Take a serving plate and put the lollipops and wrapper the lollipops with aluminum foil and serve it hot.
