  1. Boneless chicken – 1 cup cut them into small pieces
  2. Maida – 1 tbsp
  3. Egg – 1
  4. Corn flour – 1 tbsp
  5. Oil for deep frying
  6. Grounded black pepper – 1 tbsp
  7. Salt to taste

Chicken manchurian recipe Ingredients for sauce

  1. Chopped garlic – 2 tbsp
  2. Chopped ginger – 1 tbsp
  3. Chopped green chillies – 2
  4. Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  5. Corn flour – 1 tbsp
  6. Red chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
  7. Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
  8. Oil – 2 tbsp
  9. Chopped spring onions – ¼ cup

Chicken manchurian recipe Preparation

Step 1

Clean the chicken and cut them into small pieces. take a bowl and put the chicken pieces on it add salt to taste , grounded black pepper, beaten egg white, a little bit of corn flour and maida tot he content. Mix the whole content well and add some water if you want. Make it like a batter.
 
Step 2

Heat oil in a deep pan for deep frying. Now put the chicken in oil gently and fry them for 5 minutes till golden colour. Keep the fried chicken pieces aside.

Step 3

Now take non stick pan heat 2 tbsp of oil and add chopped ginger, chopped garlic and chopped green chillies. Fry them for 2 minutes. Now add soy sauce, red chilli sauce and mix the content well. Take a small bowl and put some water add corn flour. Now mix it well. It will gives thickness to the content. Now add the corn flour mixture tot the content. Put the fried chicken in the sauce and fry them till all they are mix together. Finally serve the chicken manchuria in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve it hot with lemon and some sliced onions.
