Beef Noodle Soup Cook Classic Beef Noodle Soup recipe
Beef noodle soup is a famous, popular and regular Chinese noodle soup taken as a fast food recipe. For the preparation of this soup we can use the main ingredients are beef, Chinese noodles, and variable veggies. The Chinese people can take this dish as a whole meal without any side dishes. - Beef ribs – 1 kg
- Soy sauce – ½ cup
- Rice wine – ½ cup
- Water – 2 cups
- Spring onions – 8
- Chopped ginger – 2 inches
- Chinese noodles – 500 grams
- Chicken broth – 1 cup
- Black pepper - 1 tbsp
- Spinach – few
- Grounded pepper – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Beef Noodle Soup Preparation
Step 1
First wash the beef ribs and cut them into medium pieces. Take a large deep bowl put the beef pieces on it. Add soy sauce, rice wine, water, spring onions, chopped ginger and black pepper. Mix all the content well and keep the bowl on low flame to bring boil for 2 hours. Remove the beef pieces from the soup and cut them into small slices.
Step 2
Take another deep bowl for the preparation of noodle soup. Put the chicken broth, water and three tbsp of prepared beef soup on bowl and bring them to a boil. Add ground pepper, salt to taste and soy sauce. Keep it aside. Now take a large soup pot boil the water on it. To the water add spinach boil them and keep aside. Prepare the Chinese noodles perfectly. Take a serving bowl and put the cooked noodles add the spinach and beef pieces and add the soup. Finally garnish soup with spring onions. Serve Beef Noodle Soup hot and enjoy.
