Pan Bagnat  Ingredients

  1. Red onion – 1 sliced
  2. Tomatoes – 2   
  3. Basil leaves – few
  4. Baguette – 1
  5. Red wine vinegar
  6. Grounded pepper – 2 tbsp
  7. Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  8. Garlic cloves – 3
  9. Eggs – 2 hard cooked, peeled and sliced

Pan Bagnat Preparation 

Take a bowl and put the chopped red onions, chopped tomatoes and basil leaves mix the content well. Season the content with little bit of vinegar, pepper and salt. Mix the content well and keep it aside for 5 minutes. Cut the baguette into half and remove the middle crispy part and put the cloves and a little of olive oil in the middle part. Take the tomato content put it on the middle part of baguette. Fill the baguette with remain tomato mixture and juices also. Slice the hard cooked egg and put some salt and pepper. Arrange the top part of the baguette on the prepared baguette. Press the bread gently. Have it and enjoy.
