Grated Beet, Carrot and Broccoli Salad Ingredients:
Salad:- Mixed greens: 2 cups
- Sunflower seed sprouts: 1 cup
- Carrots: 1/3 cup, grated
- Beets: 1 Cup grated
- Broccoli florets: ¼ cup chopped into
- Bite-sized pieces
- Dried cranberries: 1tbsp
- Raw pumpkin seeds: 1tbsp
- Fresh mint leaves: 1/4 cup chopped
Grated Beet, Carrot and Broccoli Salad Dressing:
- Lemon juice: 1 lemon
- Olive oil: 4 tbsp
- Garlic: 1 Clove Crushed
- Dijon mustard: 1tsp
- Salt and pepper to taste

Take large bowl add all ingredients gently toss. Don’t use to mix with hand or spoon. Now take jar mix all dressing ingredients shake well pour into the salad containing bowl toss well serve it.
