Festive Mini Ice Cream Cakes how to make at home step by step. Festive Mini Ice Cream Cakes made with Ice Cream, chopped peanuts, and coarsely crushed chocolate wafer cookie crumbs. This recipe was very popular and easy to make and delicious.

Festive Mini Ice Cream Cakes recipe ingredients:   


  1. No-Stick Cooking Spray: 2/3 cup
  2. Ice Cream Topping: 1/2 cup
  3. Coarsely crushed chocolate wafer cookie crumbs: 1/4 cup
  4. Chopped peanuts (optional): 1 (1.5 quart)
  5. Container vanilla ice cream: 2 (7.25 ounce)
  6. Vanilla Cupcake Flavor Topping: 1 (13.5 ounce) 

Festive Mini Ice Cream Cakes recipe Directions: 

Step 1 

Take no-stick cooking spray coat inside of four plastic drink cups. Each cup line with plastic wrap allows ends of plastic wrap to hang over the edges of the cups for 3 inches.

Step 2

Now take fudge toppings, cookie crumbs and peanuts in a small bowl mix well until combined. Take the scoop ice cream in large bowl and allow softening. Now blend at speed until form a smooth and cream.

Step 3

Now pour the ½ cup softened ice cream and fudge mixture into previous prepared drink cups. Adjust the spoon fudge mixture in center with blank spoon pour remaining ice cream top of each cup. Lift edges of plastic wrap to cover tops. Freeze the cups at least for 2 hours. Now unwrap the ice cream cakes garnish with frosting as desired and keep frozen until ready to serve.
