Stuffed Peppers 

Stuffed Peppers recipe ingredients:   

  1. Large red bell peppers, halved and seeded: 2
  2. Can stew tomatoes, with liquid: 1 (8 ounce)
  3. Quick-cooking brown rice: 1/3 cup
  4. Hot water: 2 tablespoons
  5. Green onions, thinly sliced: 2
  6. Frozen corn kernels, thawed and drained: 1/2 cup
  7. Can kidney beans, drained and rinsed: 1/2 (15 ounce)
  8. Crushed red pepper flakes: 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Shredded mozzarella cheese: 1/2 cup
  10. Grated Parmesan cheese: 1 tablespoon

Stuffed Peppers recipe Directions: 

Step 1

Take the 9 inch square glass baking dish arranges peppers halves in it. Cover the dish with plastic warp and poke some holes in warp for vents. Now heat for 4 minutes in microwave until tender.
