Easy Creamy Peppercorn Chicken recipe ingredients:


  1. 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  2. 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  3. 1 packet peppercorn gravy mix
  4. 1 onion, sliced into thin rings
  5. 1 cup water 


Easy Creamy Peppercorn Chicken recipe Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
  2. Place chicken breasts on a plate cleaned glass baking dish or 9 x 13 inch pan. Place the sliced onion pieces evenly on top of the chicken pieces. Remove the mushroom soup in chicken and onion. Mix pepper sauce with water and pour over the soup, onion and chicken.
  3. Cover pan and cook for 1 hour, the chicken mixture is stirred and after 30 minutes. It can be served with rice or potatoes.
