Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken recipe ingredients:


  1. 1 clove crushed garlic 1/4 pound butter, melted 1 cup dried bread crumbs
  2. 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  5. 1 (4 pound) chicken, cut into pieces 


Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken recipe Cooking Method:


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a shallow glass dish or bowl, combine the crushed garlic with the melted butter or margarine. In another small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Dip chicken pieces in garlic butter, and then coat mixture into crumb.
  3. Coated chicken pieces in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Drizzle with remaining garlic butter and bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours uncovered, or until the meat is cooked and juices run clear.
